Your data stays in Europe
The Isalia platform is hosted by OVH in France. Whenever your company data is involved, a European model is used. Your data is never used to train a model. Each customer has an isolated, encrypted space with its own keys.
Nothing is written without you
An Isalia assistant prepares an action, you validate it, it executes it. An invoice reminder, an invitation, a prospect record in your ERP: nothing leaves and nothing is written without a traced, timestamped human validation. It is the rule, not an option.

EU AI Act: what it changes for you
The European regulation on artificial intelligence applies to any organisation that uses an AI system, including an SME or a local authority.
- AI literacy : since February 2025, your staff who use AI must be trained. Our training meet this obligation.
- Transparency : our assistants present themselves as such, and our AI-generated content is labelled.
- Risk classification : our uses are minimal or limited risk. We do not automate decisions affecting people's rights.
- Human oversight : validation before action is its concrete expression.
