Agilitia has appointed a data protection officer, registered with the CNIL, the French supervisory authority (designation no. DPO-177713, effective 15 September 2026). The officer is external, provided by Manager's Solution.

Prospects are recorded in our sales management tool (Dolibarr), hosted in France. Emails are sent by our Postal server, hosted in France.
Recipients and processors
Data is processed by the Agilitia team. Processors: OVH (hosting, France), Microsoft (email, European Union), Google (audience measurement, only after consent). For a training request, and only after your consent, your details are passed to our partner training organisation, Manager's Solution (Calais, France), which issues the quote and the agreement and then becomes controller of its own processing. No data is sold or transferred. No data is used to train an AI model.
Conversational assistant
The site's assistant is an automated system based on artificial intelligence, powered by the Isalia platform. It presents itself as such. It makes no decision with legal effects on you. Your messages are only passed to an adviser after your explicit consent in the conversation.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to dpo@agilitia.ai; we answer within one month. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr) if you believe your rights are not respected.
Security
Encrypted connections, restricted access, logging, backups, hosting in France. The technical tokens used for the AI Radar are signed and expire after six hours.
