Regulatory information and result indicators
The training presented on this site is designed with a partner training organisation, which delivers it under its Qualiopi certification. This page gathers the information required by the French national quality framework.
Training organisation
Training actions are carried out by Manager's Solution SA, 1 rue de la Mer, BP 75, 62102 Calais Cedex, a registered and Qualiopi-certified training organisation (training actions Qualiopi-certified since 2021). It issues the training agreement, invoices the service and delivers the certificates.
Agilitia is not a training organisation: it co-designs the paths with its partner, puts you in touch and remains your contact to frame the need. Prerequisites and audience
Prerequisites are stated in each course sheet. Awareness modules (GDPR, cybersecurity) require none; certifying courses assume professional experience in the field, checked during an entry positioning.
Objectives and formats
Each course has learning objectives and a programme detailed in its sheet, provided on request. Formats: open sessions at the partner's premises in Calais or in-house sessions on your premises, on site or remote, exercises, assessment of learning. Certificate of completion issued by the training organisation; certification depending on the course.
Access times
Open sessions: according to the calendar published by the training organisation. In-house sessions: on the date agreed in the agreement, depending on trainer availability, usually a few weeks after signature.
Prices
On quote issued by the training organisation, depending on the path, the number of participants and the format. Actions eligible for funding by skills operators.
Accessibility
Training is open to people with disabilities. The training organisation's disability referent studies the necessary adjustments with you: state your needs in this site's contact form and we put you in touch.
Result indicators
Indicators published by the training organisation and updated every year. For 2025: average rating of 4.87 out of 5 for training funded by the French personal training account and 4.70 out of 5 for skills development plans (source: managersolution.fr). Pass rates and number of trainees: on request.
Complaints
Any complaint about a training can be sent to the training organisation, or through this site's contact form: Agilitia passes it on and makes sure it receives an answer within ten working days.
